Pop-up Library sessions at Nailsworth Community Fire Station

Gloucestershire County Council has announced a series of pop-up Library sessions to ensure local people can continue to access Nailsworth Library’s services during its temporary closure. The library will be closed from Wednesday 26 April until Monday 12 June for important building work and partial refurbishment.

The pop-up Library service will run from the community room at Nailsworth Community Fire and Rescue Station, with a limited range of titles to browse from and the option to request and collect books.

Supported by Library volunteers, the service will operate three days a week, on Mondays 15 and 22 May, Monday 5 June, Wednesdays 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 May, and Saturdays 6, 13, 20, and 27 May, except for Mondays 1, 8, and 29 May due to Public Bank Holidays. The opening times will be from 10 am to 4 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

For further information on online services, Baby Bounce and Rhyme sessions, and other activities, the public can visit Nailsworth Library’s website or call them on 01453 832747.
