Get your Santa hats on for the inaugural Churn Project Santa Run!

Join us for Cirencester charity The Churn Project’s inaugural Santa Run in the Abbey Grounds, Cirencester, on Sunday, 3rd December, between 2 pm and 5 pm and help raise money for this wonderful community charity.

Open to all ages and abilities, you can run, jog, walk, or push a buggy, but make sure you come in your festive gear – Santa hat or suit, Christmas jumper, Christmas pyjamas, whatever you fancy that’s in the Christmas spirit. There’ll be a prize for the best junior and the best adult outfit!

The Churn’s fundraising manager Erin Hughes is excited about this inaugural event: “We’re hoping this will be a fun way for Cirencester people to come together at the start of the run up to Christmas, enjoy the atmosphere, and raise money for a brilliant local charity.”

Entry is free but please ask your family and friends to sponsor you to complete either 1km or 5km around the beautiful Abbey Grounds. Everyone who completes their circuit will receive a special ‘medal’. Why not enter a team if you’re a local company/business?

There’ll be lots to enjoy, including the Christmas Market in the Market Place, so make the Churn Project Santa Run your first Christmas outing at the very start of the festive season.
